We meet with our first grade coop every Monday. This week we explored animal homes and habitats in the woods surrounding the shelter, and then Ava did some work in books before we headed home for lunch. Then we were off to swim team--here she is with her bathing beauty friends, Vianne, Jenna and Solomon.
Ava has loved earning "happy cash"--decorated monopoly money--for good work and good attitude. She spends the cash in Mom's Fun Shop, where treats go for as little as $1 and there's always a box of bonus items to dig through. Every dollar she's spent recently has gone towards BellaSara trading cards.
